Wobi - it is one bucket stuck inside another. The bottom bucket has a couple inches of water in it - the top bucket holds the dirt with the funnel in the bottom so the dirt can syphon up the moisture as needed.

Looks interesting. But I don't really understand why it looks like two pots from the outside when there is only one really, you know?! Why are there two handles???
