Not bad. If you could change the poses it would be alot better.
The guy about to strike looks like he is falling off the step, alter his postition so that he looks like he has leapt off the step into the air, half the height again above the other fellow.
Make the other guy hold his sword out horizontally with two hands and be crouched down awaiting the strike.

Nice, the right leg on the front guy looks a little weird... and a little motion blur on the other guy would be perfect :).
