| SP1 in Subscription Center
|
|
|
Could be that I’m overlooking something, but I can’t seem to find the 2010 SP1 release anywhere in the Subscription Center (or it has been badly named?). I know this is pretty late in the day as everyone is gearing up for SI 2011 and I understand why this SP1 is available for people not on Subscription. But is it unreasonable to expect it to be ALSO available as the most recent incarnation of the software in the Subscription Center???
But let me state again: It could be, I’m just overlooking something, in which case: feel free to ignore this post. ;)

Yes, I know about that one, my question concerned it not being available in the Subscription Center also!!! The “most recent version” of the software you can access from there (last time I checked) was the SI2010 which obviously isn’t the “most recent"…

Good point. I was wondering the same thing myself. It would be nice to have this on the sub. site, or at least indicated where to find it from there.
3ds Max from v. 1.5 to 2012
Softimage 3.8 to 2012
Maya 1.5 to 2012
Asus G73s i7 laptop, 8 gigs RAM
Windows 7 pro 64 bit

I’m glad I found this post, but those links don’t seem to be working any more. Is there an alternative link to download sp1 for Softimage 2010?

I just checked and the link seemed to be still working, although I must admit I only started the win32 & win64 downloads (to check the links), not downloaded them completely. If you’re experiencing problems during download, maybe a download manager like the Orbit downloader can help…
The portal to all the updates & service packs can be found here BTW
