Hello all.
I experienced the problem described in the subject of this post on my SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 10.1.
I would like to know if this is a feature lack of this software revision or if it is a kind of bug.
I can correctly define new layers but it is impossible to change their relative position simply dragging a layer over another or under another. Does anyone know if there is some other way to change their relative positions?
Thanks,
teidelu.

On the right of each layer is a symbol of three bars. click and hold, wait, then drag. I also had problems till I was more patient with it.
