Is this area also for iPad?
I just got Sketchbook Pro and I thought I could start a cartoon on the iPad then send it to my computer to finish. I can’t export, though. The flower/arrow icon won’t light up no matter what I do. I select the drawing, the iPad is connected to my wi-fi. All the icons light up except the one for export.

I can’t get an answer to this anywhere. I emailed autodesk customer support and no one has replied. It’s nice to be able to draw on the iPad, but what’s the point if I can’t send the drawing to a computer?

I’ve run into this as well since the upgrade. In my case, I chose to enable iCloud back up (and that works), but my problem is that the ability to email an image, save it as a non-sketchpad image, etc. is gone completely. I can’t figure out how to change any of the options at the moment.

I also have not found an answer as of yet. I’ll post another question, maybe someone will drop in with help.

I had this same problem - don’t know if this applies to you, but if you’ve saved the painting to icloud you have to download it back to the device (the cloud icon at the bottom, with the arrow pointing downwards), once you do that your export button should no longer be greyed out.
