Showcase 2012 - Navigate on Multitouch Monitor

I was wondering if you can use a multitouch screen to navigate models in Showcase 2012. We’re looking at having a giant multitouch monitor, and using it to show our 3d models. Is this possible?

If so, what hardware upgrades are necessary? Does Showcase use the video card more, or RAM?
I’m looking through the documentation, but I can’t find anything.
