Newbie: My lights don't light

I created a couple of lights, but cannot get them to affect the scene...looking for an “On” button.:)

Sorry. Stupid question. Must learn..."pay attention to the directions you’re reading” :). Also, the How-to-Movie is great. Not so sure about the so-called sun settings. Very odd not having date/time etc. Also, no nightime settings. I now realize this product seems to be originally geared for inventor type items, not the architecture I deal with.
