Polhemus and MotionBuilder

Anybody here has some experience working with Polhemus? MB recognizes the device but it does not take it “live” (button is grayed out) I’ve tried changing COM ports and other usual stuff but no luck. Any help will be really appreciated.
BTW, I can see the data is being transmitted by Polhemus on a simple external data manager, so I know it is working correctly.
