I was just wondering if anyone has had an issue with missing textures in MB? Some of the characters I bring in have all of their textures while some come in with a few or none at all. I’m thinking it might be the file type, like if my textures are .tif or .jpg files...If anyone has any idea as to why this is happening or could direct me to another website that could have the answer, that would be just great. Thanks!!

You have to click on “embed textures” and convert to portable format (tiff) in the fbx export dialog.

Thanks for the response ! I went ahead and checked my settings and they were already set according to your suggestions. I did change the file types to .tif hoping that would help out...the result was one extra texture came through. I’m wondering if MB has a limit on imported textures ? I seem to only have eight at this point when my export from Maya it has about 57. It’s weird because they all come in, but only a chosen few are brought in as textures and the rest are set as materials. I find this weird because a good amount have texture files assigned to them, but MB rapes them of their settings.
Any other suggestions?  Thanks again!!
