MB 7.5 License Install Problem

I’m attempting to install Motionbuilder 7.5 on my new MacBook Pro under 10.6.4 and I’m getting the error message that “FEATURE MBPro has invalid host identifier of....”. I have confirmed that the Ethernet ID is correct and attempted to use both the file and text methods. Also, I have tried both .dat and .lic files.
