Full Screen Mode w/ 2 nvidia Cards???

we specialize in outputting live stereo (2 cam views) content out of MB. until recently, this has posed no problem, extended desktop and each cam is output full screen on each monitor output on a single graphics card. but now that we have installed two new matching quadro cards into the system, MB 7 won’t go into full screen mode anymore. anyone have or solved this problem???
