Live Video Texture in Motionbuilder (w/alpha)

Hi all,

You know it’s possible to have live video signal in Motionbuilder as camera background plane or a texture.
My main concern is to have that signal as an RGBA signal with its alpha.
I can key my footage in another computer and output with a double sdi and recieve it from MoBu computer with Blackmagic Cards.

How can I make MoBu take this signal with its transparency?
Is that possible?
