How are people learning Motionbuilder?

I’ve been looking for a couple months now, and there doesn’t seem to be any comprehensive books published about it. So how are people learning this software? The Help files aren’t even that detailed. Still I see some people with an amazing level of knowledge on this software.

What resources are out there other than The Area?
