Question: How long on average do you wait for Imports?

Massively long waits! I'm always waiting for motion Imports!

I've brought in a few lengthy moves; the import time could be better.

I only bring in a few, short clips at a time and haven't noticed.

I've only used MB for Animation and don't often import Motion Capture.

I don’t know if this is the place for this, but I’ll ask anyway…

I’ve been importing several moves in at once, at the mercy of watching MB’s UI until it updates.

Is there a way to implement a progress bar of some sort? Even if it’s per Take, so that would at least indicate some sort of progression.

OR

For efficiency, perhaps changing the Import process so that it asks the Import specifications BEFORE you start bringing in motion? It’s very time consuming to import 100+ moves, wait for the UI query, and then wait again for the load. Sometimes it’s several minutes if not hours of waiting.
