Motionbuilder rendering error

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone can help with the render error:

an error occured while closing the video file.

I’m trying to render a short (5 second) clip as an .avi file on MB 2011
I’ve tried restarting MB and using a different computer, but the error still pops up.

Help!!
