Hello all-
New comer to the Motion Builder software and Im running into one issue right now.  Im currently in a gaming class where we are working with motion capture data.  We took the data in seperate takes and exported each set of data out of Vicon blade in an fbx format.  Each file includes a skeleton and all the optical data markers.

Our problem is that we are currently trying to merge all the fbx’s into one file since this will be used for a game.

I have tried to using these methods to merge them together http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/ser...d=15000229&linkID=9242338

I feel like Im either missing a step or I have to approach this differently. As of right now none of the skeletons are characterized or have an actor setup assigned to them

Is there a better way to approach this? When I try to insert a current take in the story timeline it doesnt insert into the new timeline.

Thanks for any help!
Glenn
