Thanks Brad for the ragdoll follow object tip you have previously answered.  Works great.  However, Iam also trying to figure out how to have ragdoll throw an object and have object react to physics after it is let go. For example ...

1. I load aragor character in to scene and IN TO THE STORY EDITOR.  I then add the throw granade throwing MOTION.
2. I add a sphere to scene then add that to STORY.
I add ragdoll to aragor and rigid body to sphere then constrain sphere to aragors right hand.
Question is how to have aragor let go of sphere and have sphere fly off and react to physics?
Iam having heck of time figuring it out.  Thanks much!  :)

P.S. This would really come in handy. For example a baseball player throwing a ball and have ball react to physics.

Well that would be the ball being a ridged body object,.. what have you tried so far for the setup.
I can think of a few ways to try and do this I just need to find time to write them up…
