Hi

I have recently started using an Animazoo Gyspy 6 mechanical motion capture suit. Before I start I am fairly new to motion capture, although I have used cinema 4D prioer to starting to use max and motionbuilder.

So far I have successfully managed to capture some data albeit my very first attempt to it is a bit ropey. However I am now trying to get the capture data into a 3D model. The data captured outputs as a BVH file and I have used biped converter to allow all of the bones to be named and imported into motionbuilder. The mocap data has been imported into motionbuilder but I am now totally stuck as to what to do next! Sorry if I sound like a total novice - I am! Basically I don’t know if I need to use markers, or has this step already been done via biped converter? All of the bones in the rig have names so I’m guessing so.

I have found some rigged max characters although I’m not sure about the steps I now need to make to get the capture data and the charachter working as one.

I would really appreciate any help here as I’m well stuck! I have attached the BVH file I am using although it is not in a T pose - I am going to capture some more data this week with T pose at the start.

Thanks!!
