Hello everyone,

i have read somewhere a while ago (to me) easiest way to mirror bvh animation in MB, by using Retargeting feature and mirror animation back and to skeleton. Now, i somehow forgot one crucial part in that process… and that is when you do mirror animation via retargeting in character options, it “flips” character, so its facing “away” from default camera, and that data ("flipped") is written to bvh file when export it of course, which is not what i want.
So basically what i want is to mirror bvh file, and to preserve orientation of, in my case, hips as its root reference.
Any help is more than welcome.

Thanks in advance!

mirror and rotate the top node to face the correct way… with the hips being the top node you would use the move keys option, rotate the animation back, select all the keys and hit move keys.
