Hi there,

this might be more a ‘Windows’ question, but as this Warning Box shows up for Motionbuilder: ‘No Hardware Acceleration’’ I thought I would ask here.

What is the best solution to get the full speed of the Graphics Adapter ( I am not asking what is the best Graphics Adapter, that’s a whole different post). For example: do I still get full Hardware acceleration when I have two Monitors with different resolutions?

Also, what are good settings in the Video Card OpenGL Settings?

Any Takers? Thank you very much,

jan

This depends on your card and your needs.

What card do you have now in your box.

I have seen this error message when I re-configure my laptop with/without an external monitor, etc.
Some of these toggles cause the desktop display depth to drop to 16-bits from 32-bits.  Once I re-adjust this setting using the Display Properties -> Settings -> Color quality toggles, the message goes away.
Hopefully this is it - thanks.
