Is there any way to increase the graph to include values over 100,000? If you try to zoom into those key above that value, the view snaps to the limit of the graph. Thanks.

*This is for MotionBuilder 2010 64-bit (I couldn’t find the 2010 forum).

Hi tODDk,

I’ve checked this here.

I get the same thing when testing- the view snaps when zooming to keys with value above 100,000 system units. I checked the preferences, this seems to be related to the setting for ‘transformations’ under ‘Fields and Values’ To resolve the problem:-

1/ Go to Settings-Preferences.
2/ in Preferences Window, Select ‘Fields and Values’ from left pane to show options.
3/ Under ‘Transformations’ heading in right pane, set ‘Maximum Edit Value’ to number higher than 100,000.
4/ Restart MotionBuilder (to update prefs change)

After restart, you should be able to Frame selected / Dolly / Zoom in the FCurves Window when working with keys at +100,000 now.

Best Regards,

Lee

Thanks Lee! Sorry for the super late reply but this will come in handy on future projects.
