Greetings,
I am pretty new to motionbuilder so please excuse me if this is a really elementary question. I have two fbx (both motionbuilder) files that were recorded via motion capture. What I want to do is combine the two scenes so that the actors in each scene are interacting with each other. When I merge one fbx onto the other stage it kills the action of the first fbx actor. I am thinking that part of my problem is that when I select merge, the “merge options” box pops up, and “actors” “animation” is unchecked. But it won’t check. Anyone know what might cause this? Is there some other way to get these actors to work together?
Thanks so much.
