Hi, I am following the tutorials of learning motion biulder 5 and I am using the 7.5 version, there are some UI differences, I animated a character and used two cameras shooting from different angles, I need to switch between the two cameras, my problem is that I cannot find the camera switcher or the shot track in this version, maybe it has a different name!!!
I hope that someone can direct me...Thanks alot

Hi FFK,

many features have been added, many have been improved and updated since the motionbuilder 7.5 version.

I advise strongly that you follow this link and download the free trial version.

click on the link

you can also get access to multiple tutorials and explanations right here on the AREA.

click on the link

Also, to answer your question on the camera switcher go to the top bar/Layout, switch to editing layout.
Now go in the Navigator’s Scene browser. Dbl-click on the camera switcher.

if you want to do this outside of the Story, you need to click on the cam switcher’s key button while a camera is selected for this camera to be active at that frame and later.

if you want to do this in story you need to insert a shot track and drag and drop your cameras in that shot track.

For more questions, refer to the help online documentation.

cheers!

GF
