Auto rotating eyelids

Hi

How can I build an auto rotating eyelids that work in Mobu either in max , maya or in Mobu itself ?

orientation constraints with weights or relation constraint .. not entirely sure what you mean by auto rotating but you can build them in all 3 software just depends on what you want for your end result.
