I tried it by cycling U-value through graph editor, but not getting cycle.
Can anyone knows how to solve it?

do you mean infinity?
CurveEditor -> Curves -> post infinity -> cycle with offset

I have a bird , I attached the bird to a circle through motion path. Now I want to cycle to infinity, so I gave cycle with offset to u-value of motion path. but not getting cycle..

the problem is the motionPath dictates the distance, not the keyframes, the object wont travel further than the path you created.
Instead try baking the keys onto the object constrained to the motionPath, deleting the motionPath and cycling the baked keys, unless someone has a better solution.
