How to copy and paste keys?
Can I do it in the timeline or graph editor, how?

you can do it in either (and there are various ways of doing both)
in the timeline shift-LMB drag your time range you want to copy then right-click -> copy.
The it’ll paste insert from current frame.

in graph editor, highlight keys or curves then Edit -> copy and Edit -> paste.
