Hi,

I am having alot of trouble creating an Underwater scene. I am not really a lighting expert or rendering exepert.
I have come across a couple of tutorials but none of them come close to the effect I am searching for.

I have attached and example for what I am searching for. The feel of an infinitive sea and a good foggy blue enviornment.

Could someone please help me and send me in the right direction? or is what I am searching for better done in the compositing stage?

Thanks!

this is an old max3 underwater scene.
probably easier ways to do a underwater scene today, but i haven’t done one since.
maybe you can use some of the settings to get what you want
